The apple and blackcurrant flavoured bar has over 80% of the calories from carbohydrate whilst the chocolate orange flavoured bar has added MCT's (medium chain triglycerides) from coconut oil. The MCT's provide an extra, easily used energy source for those ultra endurance athletes.
