Primarily the focus of most of their range is aimed at runners but is appropriate for many other outdoor activities. Colours styles and fabrics change seasonally for both Men and Women. For comfort, choose running shorts made of technical fabric designed to work with your body, garments that are shaped specifically to minimise rubbing, or fitted shorts made of lycra or a wicking material to prevent chafing. Don't forget safety: When running in the dark, it's important to wear clothing you can be seen in. Venus recommends clothes that have reflective strips on them: "Being seen in the dark is very important - and it can be darker than you expect in the early morning or at dusk.
